Tilko Privacy Policy
Tasks and focus history
The current version stores tasks, focus history and preferences locally on your device. It does not require an account or offer developer-operated cloud synchronization. Device backups may be managed separately by your operating system and backup settings.
Voice input
When you choose voice input and allow microphone access, Tilko temporarily records speech and uses supported on-device speech recognition to turn it into text. Tilko does not send recordings to a developer-operated transcription service. Temporary recordings are removed during cleanup of the recording/transcription flow. Availability depends on device and language support, and system speech models may need to be downloaded. Typing remains available. Microphone permission can be managed in iOS Settings.
Your choices
You can edit and remove tasks. Tasks moved to Trash remain available for restoration; this is not immediate permanent erasure. Deleting the app removes its local app data from that installation. Device backups are managed separately.
Support
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, including your email address and issue description, to respond. Avoid including private task content unless needed to explain your issue.
Website
Our support and privacy pages are hosted on a Vultr server. When you visit, connection information such as your IP address is processed to deliver and protect the website. These pages use no analytics scripts, advertising trackers or cookies. Email support is handled through Gmail; information you send is processed to respond to your request.
